What Payment Methods are Accepted?

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service. USPS

All Items shipped within the United States will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation, by either Priority mail or First Class mail at the stores discretion. This is the basic service that is provided. If you would like Signature Confirmation for orders under $150, you must arrange to purchase this by contacting the shop through Etsy conversations, in notes to seller .

Orders over $300, will automatically include Insurance and Delivery Confirmation plus it WILL require Signature Confirmation, so I will be in touch to make sure that this can be arranged. This is to make sure that you and only you will receive your items. If you would like Signature Confirmation on an order of a lower cost than $300, this can be arranged at an additional charge.

All orders will be sent with insurance. Any insurance settlement will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT, not a refund. There are a number of reasons for adopting this policy without going into too much detail. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not purchase from this store. For this credit to be issued, you will be required to fill out an affidavit , and you may also be required to submit photographs and/or return any damaged items.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Out of fairness to all of our customers, unless you have paid for Rush Handling, orders will be pulled, packed, and shipped in the sequence they are received. Notes such as “I need this in a hurry. Please send out as soon as possible” cannot be honored unless you have paid for rush handling because I believe that this would be unfair to other customers. Make your purchases in good time before you need them, especially around Christmas allow one month in advance of receiving. note many of the pieces are made to order and give a estimate of time. If you are not sure how long it will take me to make the piece send me a message 1-1.5 months in advance of when you need it to see how I am running. I always make my deadlines and generally allow for a few more days than I will actually need so you will not be disappointed. Items that are currently very popular I work on making extras over the weekends so as to insure there is no large build up of orders that have a longer than average wait time for any individual product. It is safe to estimate 5-7 days for a handmade piece.

It is very important that you provide the correct address with your payment. I print shipping through Paypal or through Etsy directly from the shipping information on your order, for the most part, so if you have provided an incorrect address to Paypal or Etsy’s credit card checkout system, this might cause some serious problems for you.

If you have given an incorrect address, and something is sent back, and it needs to be reshipped I will have to charge you for shipping again. We are not responsible for items lost due to your using a incorrect address.

Please note: Our packaging is intended to be safe and secure during the trip through the postal system. Please open your pieces carefully to prevent damage during unpacking. Do not rip threw the package with box cutter or packing knife you may inadvertently cut threw your piece and not this is not refundable. Open at the top edge carefully with small scissors and be careful to feel the package the items in bubble wrap can be felt threw the padded envelope so you can be sure you wont damage your piece.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International Orders under $1000 will be sent by International First Class mail.with insurance. We may send as Priority mail, FED EX or Registered mail at our discretion, or if you would like to request this, there may be an additional charge involved. There is NO WAY for First Class International mail to be tracked to most countries this is changing but it will be sometime before it’s implemented to all country’s. By purchasing from this store , you are accepting that you will not be able to track your items.

If you would like to upgrade to a shipping method that includes tracking, this will involve a substantial additional charge and please contact me before order or immediately after ordering to have this set up for you. You must be willing to wait 60 days before filing a claim if your item has not been received or if it has been damaged in the mail. You may be required to submit photographs or return a damaged item in order for your claim to be processed.

International orders over $1000 will be sent by FED EX with Insurance and signature confirmation.

Please realize that we have no control over whether your postal system decides to charge duties or customs fees on your items, and you are responsible for paying these fees. In some countries (especially Germany and the Russian Federation, for some reason) your post office may hold an international package at the post office for you to pick up in person and they may not even notify you of this, so please if you have not received your package, please check at the post office and do keep your customs number it will help locate the package at the post office faster, even though it is not a tracking number you should make a note of it for this purpose. If you do not claim your item within 30 days standard time, from the post office and it is returned to us, you will be required to pay for postage again. So if you have not received your package within 2 weeks of it shipping out, please contact your closes local post office, as this is where your piece would be held for pick up. Your post office phone number and information can be found in your country’s phone book or web site.

What is your refund and return policy?

The shop does not do refunds as this a small business. If something is damaged in shipping it will be replaced or you will receive a store credit. If you need an exchange, contact us within 30 days of purchase for the return shipping address. All sales are final after 30 days from purchase

Buyers do note that A Purchase of one of my Christina Rose Jewelry pieces does not relinquish copyright ownership. All designs are copyrighted and trademarked. Images with designs sent to US copyright office bi-monthly before publication. All writing, designs photography and styling or any other intellectual copyrighted materials are owned by Christina Rose Jewelry LLC. Unauthorized use of any of these materials is subject to legal action.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Are for over 300 dollars in total for large retail repeat customers with a physical shop. This may require you to sign a agreement with my design services and or use of any content like photos or descriptions which are copyrighted. Because a lawyer may be needed there may be a slight fee for this service. Contact me for availability.

LEGAL INFORMATION FOR PUBLICATIONS

If you wish to use my designs, images I photograph or photos of models, myself or any of my content including logos and writing or other intellectual property on your blog, magazine or web site you must contact me first and have a proposal ready with a limited time-frame and for what use. I consider limited usage only within a specific timeline and publication. Once that has expired you must remove the content or sign a new contract. You may not use any of my content on your site without written consent. Contact me for availability. Some restrictions may apply no third part endorsements are allowed.
