How do I return an item?
The shop does not to any returns for refunds. All sales are final.
How do I exchange an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany any exchange allong with the RMA code.
We do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final. The shop allows for a one time exchange. The fee is 5.00 to 25.00 depending on weight of item and country purchased, this covers reshipment of exchange. Client must contact the shop pre returning item for a RMA. If not items will be sent back to you. Rules to qualify for exchange are that the tiem(s) must come back:
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no exchanges are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
If within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product your pieces looses it's gemstone mail it back for repair or send us a photo for replacement.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.
Exchanges are contingent upon inspection
of item(s) once we receive it.There are no refunds all sales are final.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be exchanged. These rules are subject to change without notice upon discretion of the shop.
